I have been using D*H for * yrs. Every time during a crucial cricket or tournament like world cup or IPL they disconnect my connection. Then their customer care guys make a fool out us by saying the same thing again and again until we break and after multiple calls with them they will the only option is to send an on-site engineer which will cost me Rs. ***/-. I don’t understand this. When there is no hardware issue or replacement why should I pay Rs.***? The funniest part is when the on-site engineer comes. He comes makes a phone call and it works. This is the third time this is happening and they have used the same technic. I’m helpless now because I had recharged my d*h for Rs.*** and every time this getting delayed my money is getting cut.
