Videcon D2H - D2h recharge done but not activated

Hi, have done the recharge of *** and same is not added to my account, when called the customer care they raised the complaint number but without resolving they have closed the ticket and after calling again multiple times, they make to stay on call for long time and disconnect the call. Now still my account is not added with *** rs and solution yet, kindly help
