I am writing to report an issue with my Cult Bike X renewal and dashboard access. I have already completed the payment for renewal of my Cult Bike X subscription, but my dashboard still shows the bike as locked and is asking me to contact the admin. This is extremely frustrating because if the payment has been successfully processed, the unlock and access should be automatic, without me having to chase support every single time.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
