Crossbeats - Crossbeats Delayed Product not Received Refund not initiated

I ordered Crossbeats Armour Pro Smartwatch from the official Crossbeats website on * February **** (Order ID: ******). The product was promised to be delivered on * February ****. However, the delivery was delayed and the courier partner Bluedart attempted delivery only on * February ****.

As the order was time-sensitive and intended as a gift, the delay caused inconvenience and I had to purchase an alternative product offline. Therefore, I refused to accept the delayed delivery and the parcel was returned to the seller without being opened or used.

After the return, I requested Crossbeats for a complete refund since the product was never received or used. The company denied the refund stating that there is no refund policy.

Denying refund despite non-delivery and return of the product is unfair and against consumer rights. I request Voxya to help resolve this issue and ensure a full refund of the paid amount.
