I went to purchase kitchen appliance@croma madeenaguda store , NO one taken care later floor manager didnot gave proper details and shows attitude .. same was when informed to deptt maanger he was not ready to listen. he has shown attitude and Do watever u want where few of highlights of disucssion . Croma is not helping as service req open get closed automatically and now thy made not to open request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
