I am mentally harassed by croma being heart patient they are torturing me through false mails I have raised the complaint regarding iPad * generation there was single hairline crack when I submitted *there was single hairline crack on iPad to Croma on ** October*
But when I reached Croma on on **th November* to see iPad *they cracked it more they develop a web like crack and initially there was single hair line crack.* they have cracked iPad and submitted wrong images on ** October but *I have submitted iPad on **th they have cracked it on ** and uploaded the images on ** in the absence of me if they would have submitted iPad as it is to Apple service centre it would have been replaced* *They crack it more and send to Apple service center* there are many cases if there is a single hairline crack not a single edge was damaged Apple replaced it was wondering why it was not being replaced and when I reach on *th November your Croma executive has broken it more to a webcrack and I don't want that iPad anymore we have been cheated very badly by Croma.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
