AKSHAYA filed complaint against Byjus on Feb 9, 2022
Respected sir,
I've taken a class course on byjus for **th and **th (**** Feb).
The amount ***** was payed by EMI options thta was availed by byjus team and theyve said if the classes are not as satisfied as we think it is we can unsubscribe the classes and the EMI will be cancelled .
Since the classes couldn't be used as there was a technical glitch from byjus and the response team was not handling the problems very well I decided to cancel the subscription.
The agent that was assigned to me told that the EMI was cancelled by later when we went to take a loan for some personal purpose, it was informed thta the credit score was so low as an EMI wasn't paid yet.
When we made an inquiry it was found out that the EMI wasn't cancelled and it badly affected the credit score.
Even after loads of emailing and complaining to the byjus team no actions were taken and because of their negligence we are not being provided with any house loan.
Kindly seek into this matter and it would be supportive if the necessary actions are taken.
