Vietjet Airlines - Credit card was charged but ticket not booked

Hello,
I tried booking a flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Danang for *nd May ****, however, the payment failed and I did not receive the tickets itinerary in my mailbox, but the money was debited from my credit card account.
Can someone please assist at your earliest?
The bank has confirmed that the transaction was settled and the merchant has received the payment.
Can you process the refund as soon as possible?
