Fareed khan filed complaint against Byjus on Aug 2, 2023
I have obtained BYJUS online classes for Std X for my daughter in June-**, but after ** days trail, I have requested for cancellation of course and immediately the next day online classes were disabled and byjus tablet stopped working.
Later, on **th July **, I received call from bangalore and Mr Abdul offered me additional tutor free of cost with discount of Rs *k and making my total package to **k. I immediately accepted the offer by replying to email dated **- -July-** but despite my repeated emails, online classed were not enabled till today i.e **-Aug-**
I also complained on bujus help line several times and they assured to give a call back but not a single call is received. I tried reaching the sales person Suraj Artamwar and Sejesh Shah but they alsi did not received my call neither they replied on WhatsApp group created at the time of joining. I have tried all modes of communication but no resolution received.
Now on **-Aug-** my *st EMI of Rs ****.** got debited from alloted ** EMI which was due against the credit card.
I decided to get my course cancelled with refund the total Rs **,***/- which is converted into EMI immediately but no one byjus is supporting, neither support team, sales team, nor cancellation team.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
