Within ** days trail period I informed the Byjus organisation who contacted me to the join this course, that my child is not interested to continue this course, but no reply from Parvez, vinith kumar and the mentor Shreeya for my follow ups in whatsapp and email, even I tried many times to connect with mentor for guiding to cancel this course through help line number some support mentor connects with in ** mins as per the help line recorded message and they say Shreeya Mam is on twos half she wil respond after she returns. But still no support from any one in the Byjus organisation for cancellation of this course and refund my amount. Very worst and cheating institute. With great dream I joined my child here, but no response and support from them only advertisement tells they do best service but all commercial...
