A coupon code was not application on portal due to technical glitch from cleartrip side. Screenshots shared with cleartrip on their twitter handle.
They called me and asked to make payment without coupon code but with same credit card, cashback will be processed later. Which costed me around ***** more that the coupon discount amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
