I have raised a complaint * months back, the issue was the motherboard is not working. They have ordered a new motherboard three times and each time the faulty motherboard is tried replacing. Every time I have to wait ** days for a new part. Totally its been * months and still my TV got replaced. Jeeves is not able to repair a TV, how shameful it is. Jeeves is a fraud company and they are running by customer care, not by a technician. Please spread the news about bad quality and stop people buying the warranty from Jeeves. They say you are eligible for a refund if they could not repair the TV, but they never talk about a refund.
