Cult fit - Consumer concern resolution and support issue

I have opted cult fit personal trainer, post that due to my travel i have raised request for refund since i dint utilised and sessions and my session are not even started. Its been more than a month still i dont have proper resolution or refund. Cult fit commited for ** hrs of resolution in their marketing and app. I am expecting a clear refund.
