Pradumn Agrawal filed complaint against OYO on Jan 13, 2022
So i checked in into this hotel from oyo. I had alrrady booked it via oyo. According to oyo policy **+ people are allowed to check in in any oyo hotel. But this hotel denied me check in even though i was **+. They basically said that they only allow **+ ppl to check in according to their govt policy, they said. Why are they affiliated with oyo if they want to keep it **+? Plus it was couple friendly as well. Thr manager was extremely rude and told me on a freezing night at **pm to go look for another hotel. When i raised the complaint to oyo they constantly keep putting my calls on hold and thrn intentionally hang up the phone.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
