Aayushi filed complaint against Byjus on Feb 28, 2022
This is regarding issue in course fee. While taking admission, it was communicated by the BYJU's counselor "Satya Prakash upadhyay" (mob: **********) that we need to pay *,**,*** rupees for this course (including tab). On admission day,the counselor told us that we need to pay two payments, one to Aakash Institute and other to byjus to enroll with this discounted amount. We did the same and Mr.upadhyay was also available in the Janakpuri Neet office to guide us. He also provided us with the attached doc. However, when we got notice from Aakash regarding the pending fee,it showed me a fee structure of *,**,***.I am not sure why. When we tried to talk to the BYJU'S counselor Mr.upadhyay,he didn't pick up the call. We also talked to Aakash counselor "Raina"(mob:**********) but she said, "talk to your counselor as we can't do much here ". I remember that Mr.upadhyay stated that he has got central team approval for this fee structure for me. I have been in touch with multiple people in Aakash for the last few weeks to resolve this issue but no one us giving me the right direction. Please advise me asap.
