Myntra - Components missing in package

Ordered a set of kurta palazzos and dupatta. When the package was received, it only contained kurta (palazzos and dupatta were missing). Within few minutes called Myntra customer care, they lodged complaint and without giving any proof they said that package was delivered completely. I even showed them the package I received which was too small to contain any stuff other than * piece of cloth. Very disappointing experience.
