Urban Company - Complete service not received

I had booked for UC parlor services on **nd September ****. The professional who arrived for the service said she did not have enough wax so she will do only hands wax and would come again the next day for legs wax. But she never arrived despite followup. When called she either gave excuses or never responded. Its been almost a month now.
I have paid in full for the entire services but did not receive the entire service.

I had already filed a complain wherein UC called just twice regarding the complaint during working hours which I could not answer. They then closed down the query. I would like to re-open it and would like a refund for the inability of UC to provide services properly.
