Cleartrip - Complete Refund of cancelled flight tickets

Self has booked air tickets from Hyd to Goa and Goa to Hyd round trip.
Goa to Hyd flight got canceled by the service provider itself. And they were clearly mentioning there won't be any deductions in refund of the money as it's their fault of cancelling the flight.
Date of booking is **-**-****
Date of cancellation is **-**-****
We are eligible for full refund as date of joinery is **th March **** from Goa to Hyderabad.
Now, clear trip agency has sent a statement to Go Air management to refund only ₹*,***/- out of ₹**,***/-. Rest they are claiming as cancellation fee. The date of cancellation is way far from date of joinery. Request to support for full refund.
