I booked a Flight through makemytrip from Bangalore to Dharamshala and my connecting flight was cancelled by Spicejet. While providing the luggage our luggage were damaged and Spicejet assured that they will refund the complete amount. They did so by providing the refund of Rs***** to Makemytrip, but Makemytrip only shown me Rs***** in which they deducted their convenience fees, the Cashback i applied, hence provided only Rs****. For Rest amount there are nom ways to contact them as all he services which they provide is through bot. Please help me get my complete refund.
