Ekta Meemroth filed complaint against Limeroad on May 17, 2019
I have ordered three Kurtas and a Lakme foundation from the limeroad website in which as per the policy foundation was to be delivered after seven days from date of delivery of three kurtas. All kurtas were delivered by **th April ****. However even after ** days of kurta delivery fourth product i.e. Lakme foundation has not been delivered yet. On contacting the company again and again only fake assurances are being given and no action of initiating the shipping has been started.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
