Hi.My name is vineeth . i had buyed a phone from flipkart and I had added complete mobile protection. Recently my phone slipped from my hands and broken . A hair link crack on the display . I had filed a claim on ** /**/**** . they asked me to send details on ** th I sent the details on **th . on ** th they called me and said we didn't receive . so I send again .on ** they called me and said we didn't receive any details .I was shock .They told me to compose a new mail and send .I had sent on **th . they rejected my account details so I sent clearly again .Today ** rd I had send pics of my phone on **th .** , ** and ** too .nearly ** teen times I had send .they just waiting for my expiry of my protection .they just keep on Rejecting and asking me to send again and again .Big scam of jeeves. They are just passing day by day so that my pack would expire . plz help me to get my claim
