Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Complaint regarding unprofessional service and inconvenience caused during bus journey booking throu

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this complaint letter to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent bus journey from Chennai to Eranakulam booked through MakeMyTrip app and operated by Tippu Sulthan Travels
I had booked the bus journey for *th May ****, with the boarding point at Shriram Gate Peringalathur at *:** PM, and seat number **. I reached the boarding point on time and waited there from *:** PM. However, I did not receive any call or message from the driver or any update regarding the live location of the bus from MakeMyTrip app. Due to this, I missed the bus as it left without boarding me.
I was traveling to Eranakulam for a personal emergency, and it was crucial for me to reach there by morning **:**. However, due to the irresponsible behavior of the travel agency and MakeMyTrip app, I was unable to reach on time, causing a lot of inconvenience and distress.
When I contacted the travel agency, they claimed to have contacted me, but I did not receive any call from their side. I am willing to submit my mobile as evidence to prove this claim. After repeatedly asking for assistance, they arranged a bus for me till Coimbatore, but no transportation facility was arranged for the rest of the journey.
I would like to file a complaint against MakeMyTrip and Tippu Sulthan Travels for the unprofessional and unsatisfactory service provided. The fair for the journey was charged at Rs. ****, but the bus arranged till Coimbatore only cost below Rs. ***, which raises questions about the value for time and money spent.

I request you to take strict action against the concerned parties and compensate me for the inconvenience caused. I hope to hear back from you soon with a resolution to this issue.
