Tvs Motor Company Limited - Manufacturing defect in scooter Jupiter blue colour

Sir my name is Sanjiv Kumar , I purchased tvs Jupiter *** cc blue colour from above mentioned dealer’ from very first day there is a big issue in the scooter; when pillion rider sits on the scooter it shows scrubbing sound from the lower area near shocker: I have visited so many times at dealership even they are not able to resolve the issue. They are just making excuses only, they have no solution : I have received defective product; they already done experiments with the product or tampering before selling . Kindly replace my product.
