Vrl bus - Complaint Regarding Delayed Bus Journey

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent journey on bus number GA** T **** from Hyderabad to Belgaum. The scheduled arrival time was *:** AM, but the bus did not reach until **:** AM, resulting in a delay of * hours and ** minutes.

This is not the first time I have experienced such delays with your service. It is misleading for VRL to state that the bus will arrive around *:** AM when the journey consistently takes around ** hours. This not only causes inconvenience but also disrupts personal and professional commitments.

Additionally, the driver took excessive breaks, further delaying our arrival. The driving speed was notably slow, and it seemed that the bus took single roads instead of more efficient main routes. This choice of route contributed significantly to the extended travel time.

I urge VRL to address these issues promptly and ensure that drivers adhere to more efficient routes and appropriate break times. Your attention to this matter is crucial for improving customer satisfaction.
