Shailendra Mohan filed complaint against Byjus on Aug 14, 2019
This is complaint/fraud regarding returning of product to Byjus. Person Name Mr Ansh from Byju's, Bangalore (Ph- ***********) visited our house regarding the selling of Byjus study material tablet (INR *****) as he told us if we didn't like the product so we can return product interval of ** days. We have given amount approx INR **** to him & rest of amount through EMI after confirmation of product. He said all right & we signed *-* papers. After receiving the product our child unable to understand the study materials. It's not worth to us, so we called Byjus after * days to cancel this tablet then they are continuously denying to get it back. Even we called many (**th day & **th day) times discussed with a mentor also to get it back we are not interested in this, & refund our amount. Now after a months bank calling us for EMI. Please cancel this product & return our amount. We are not interested in anyway. This is fraud done by Byjus with us.
There is a request please try to sort this complaint as well as possible, it will very helpful to us.
