I had booked Porter on **th August **** around *:**pm.
Rider Name: Jaseen Khan
Bike No: MH ** DW ****
Bike rider had not delivered my product which was suppose to be distribute at ongoing event bike rider had ended his trip at Mankhurd which was suppose to be deliver from Andheri to Lower Parel I have the screenshot of end trip after calling several times. The product was Printed Umbrella which had cost me ***x**=****/-
I complained on Porter customer care they said they will check and let me know but still no resolution
Complaint No: ********
I’m taking following up since **th august ****
But no resolution first they committed it will be resolve in **-**hrs you will get the compensation but still no single response.
Kindly request you to please help me with this issue.
