Gurucharan Singh filed complaint against Eureka Forbes on Jun 3, 2020
I have done AMC for my water purifier 'Infinity' vide attached receipt number ******* dated **.**.****. There was problem of water drippage from nozzle even after the completion of maintenance on the same day. I was told by Mr. Sapan of Eureka Forbes (Mobile:**********) that some Diod need to be changed and it will be changed next day. Then i was told Diod is not available. I have not disturbed him due to lock down for so long.
Now I have tried several times to contact over the phone. But there is no response.
Also, written to deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.com. Even after repeated reminder, there is no response.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
