Dear Sir,
This is very wrong on part of samsung company that my complaint which was lodged on dt **.**.**** that has no been resolved yet. There is a service center in Pithoragarh named Neshtech who is not responding.

There is a water leakage problem in our refrigerator from the date of purchase. We have bought this refrigerator from M/s Narayan Electronics at Badiyali Road, Bhikiasen, Dist Almora State uttarakhand ******.
Since beginning we are complaning for this problem but they are not listening us.
We have also complaint number ********** on dt **.**.**** but till now the problem has not been resolved.
We can not expect this kind of service from samsung company.
Please resolve the issue soon and look into the matter seriously.
