I made this booking on *th of Aug **** and paid an amount of Rs.**** as booking advance and your team confirmed our stay from **th Sept till **th Sept **** in Lions Heritage Ooty..
Before reaching the destination we once again reconfirmed our booking with the customer care team. When we reached the destination ," LIONS Heritage " on **th September morning around ** am, they surprisingly denied to provide our room as they were having few issues regarding payment with Oyo team. When we enquired in the Lions heritage hotel team, they informed us that they have already passed this message to Mr. Sanjeev , Oyo - AGM , Ooty several days ago before our visit. But he and your team willfully not informed the same to us. From there we contacted Oyo customer care team and we had a chain of conversations with oyo team for more than * hours. Me and my team waited there for several hours, they even denied the bathroom facility and they directed us to another hotel. when we reached the said hotel , they asked for high tariff rate than we already booked. That we could not be able to afford.
We were ** members including small children and women and we faced a very pathetic situation there till *:**pm. Since we traveled more than *** kms from Trivandrum to Ooty, we have no bathroom and toilet facilities to fresh up, because of your negligence. The act and omission from your part as a multinational company like Oyo is not at all tolerate at any cost.
It's a clear case of cheating ,misrepresentation & fraud , both physical and mental harassment.
