We purchased an extended warranty from Zopper Assure for our Samsung *** CM smart ultra HD *k LED TV through TATA CLiQ bearing Zopper Assure ID-UNK****** and coverage starts from **.**.**** end on **.**.****. On Dt. **.**.****, our TV was not functioning totally, so we lodged a complaint before the said Zopper Assure for the repair of same bearing complaint No-****** on Dt. **.**.**** through their Toll-free No-****-***-****, Whatsapp and email. Although more than ** days passed away but to date there is no solution from the Zopper Assure. We made more than ** numbers of calls and n number of mails and messages through Whatsapp to the company but there is no response from their end. Always we are getting a stereotype reply as “We acknowledge the receipt of your mail and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, we request your patience and cooperation and your issue is highlighted to the service team and they will do the needful on priority basis.”
We are unable to watch TV due to the negligence of Zopper Assure from Dt. **.**.**** till date. So kindly help us to get justice.
