Make My Trip - COMPLAINT AGAINST UNFAIR NON TRANSPARENT FRAUDULENT PRACTICES OF MAKE MY TRIP MMT

I would like to highlight your attention to the unfair trade practice followed by Make My Trip( MMT). I made flight booking for DELHI-BANGALORE-MALE/MALE-BANGALORE-DELHI and NAGPUR-BANGALORE-MALE/MALE-BANGALORE-NAGPUR thru MMT. I paid them INR ******/- in February **** for travel to be done between **th April to **th April.
Due to COVID-** all flights are cancelled & hence ideally they should arrange to give me refund of full amount of INR ***,***/- to me, but after multiple follow up at multiple level of MMT they are giving me credit shell & that too only for INR **,***/-.
Also when Air India has cancelled Bangalore-Male flight, they sent me a message about the same & advised me cancel the ticket. When I requested for cancellation of Air India ticket thru MMT portal against my booking ID-NN*************, they have wrongfully cancelled all flight tickets against the relevant booking ID, instead of cancelling only Air India flight tickets. Moreover there is a lack of transparency issues at MMT. They have not provided the correct bifurcation of ticket cost of various flights ( Indigo, Air India, Go Air) under the pretext of Multiple City Ticket booking from my end.
There are communication issues at MMT. I am making so may follow up for refund since mid-March ****, but I seldom get a satisfactory response from MMT.
As a result of unfair, non-transparent, fraudulent trade practices followed by MMT, I am going thru a lot of mental agony & feeling harassed..
