Sir,
* .I am gurpreet kaur R/o # **, salaria vihar, urban estate phase *, patiala. I bought a wrist watch " fossil men black analogue watch FS***** size: one size.( photo attached) for rupees ****.** on **july ****. The order no of this watch is; *******-*******-*******.
* . I sent this sealed box of watch to my husband at canada. But when he opened it he found it defected. He returned back this watch to me.
* . I made a complaint about this defected watch to the concerned authorities of 'MYNTRA' on their e-mail address on ** Aug ****. There reply is attached here with. (Photo)
*. I contacted on their custmor care numbers three times on ** Aug **** and on **sept ****. They have totally refused to take back this defected watch.
*. I code the rules and regulations of the MYNTRA "please note: you can not return or exchange this as the ** days return period has expired(?)" Photo attached. Where as I bought this watch on ** july **** which was delivered to me on ** july **** and I made my complaint on ** Aug ****. Thus, the period of complaint is within the ** days.
*. There for you are requested to please accept my complaint to pursue my case further to direct the MYNTRA to take back this defected watch and refund back the amount (Rs.****.**) to me.
I shall be highly indebited to you.
