I have purcahsed a policy no GW_*E****D**B** of Telivison from Gowarranty.While taking the policy , the company said that all kinds of defects or any problem will come in the television, the comany will get it fixed. I have done complaint twice regarding Telivision that sound has been come but picture are not coming properly. But the company did not give any service & same time company replied that it is manufactring falt not covered in policy.Which is wrong, the company did not tell at while taking such a policy. This has caused us a lot of mental stress and it is cheating with me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
