I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd. for their inadequate service and failure to honor the terms of my Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my water purifier.

o I raised a service request to get my water purifier repaired/serviced on **th Dec ****. Despite repeated follow-ups through phone calls and emails to their customer service team at customercare@eurekaforbes.com, no technician has been assigned to resolve my issue.
o I received an email promising resolution within ** hours, but this has not been honored.
*. History of Similar Issues:
o Over the past year, I have faced delays for every service request under this AMC. Despite paying for the contract, I have consistently had to chase the company for services that should have been provided proactively.
*. Impact of Negligence:
o Prolonged delays in service have caused inconvenience to my family, especially as this pertains to a product critical for safe drinking water.
o The consistent disregard for their commitments has caused immense frustration and loss of trust in the brand.
Relief Sought
*. Immediate servicing of the water purifier and resolution of the current issue.
*. Refund for the remaining validity period of the AMC due to deficient service.
*. Compensation for the inconvenience caused by their negligence.
Conclusion
Eureka Forbes' repeated failure to address my concerns amounts to a breach of service terms. I urge the forum to intervene and ensure that I receive fair resolution.
