Easemytrip - Complaint against EaseMyTrip for nonrefund of canceled flight by GoAir 6 months pending

I am writing to file a complaint with the consumer court regarding a flight booking made through EaseMyTrip on April **, ****. I had booked a flight with GoAir, but the airline went bankrupt, and my flight was canceled. I received an acknowledgment email from GoAir confirming that they had refunded the amount to EaseMyTrip.



However, despite * months passing since the cancellation, I have not received the refund from EaseMyTrip. I have made several inquiries with their customer care, and they continuously claim that they have not received the refund from the airline.
