I have been following up with ease my trip for cancellation and refund of the flight ticket for days. After several tweet and mail today i got a call from arpit the employee of the same , Throughout the conversation rather than solving my issue he start giving me moral policing . Then disconnected the call multiple times and said either say aap to me everytime else i wont do. anything . lastly he mocked about my residence by asking where do u live , which state and in that state where to know my exact location and start laughing and made a mockery
