I, Mr. Darshan P B, am filing this complaint against Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd. for repeated
delivery failures, false claims by delivery agents, and negligence by Amazon customer support,
causing mental distress, inconvenience, and loss of trust. I have been a regular Amazon customer
and placed multiple orders between **th September **** and *th October ****. Despite
successful order placements and payments, the products were repeatedly returned without any
genuine delivery attempt.

Facts of the Case:
" The delivery agent called me once, asking me to collect the parcel from an office nearly ** km
away, which is unacceptable for a home delivery service.
" Since then, all orders from my address have been marked as returned without any attempt of
delivery or contact.
" For two orders scheduled on *th October ****, the agent falsely claimed that payment was not
ready, which is completely untrue.
" I contacted Amazon Customer Support multiple times via phone and chat, but no meaningful
support or resolution was provided.
" Several support agents abruptly disconnected calls without providing a solution or case ID.
" Some agents made me wait for **** minutes claiming to connect me to the escalation team,
then ended the call without connecting.
" I have call recordings and chat transcripts as proof of false assurances and negligence by
Amazon representatives.
Grievances:
*. Deficiency in service due to repeated non-delivery despite valid orders.
*. False representation by delivery agents claiming payment not ready.
*. Negligence and harassment by customer service through false promises and call disconnections. *. Mental distress and waste of time caused by continuous follow-ups without resolution.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
