Vietjet Airlines - Compensation for the baggae loss delay matter

Baggage delayed more than one month and after many follow-up with Airline after PIR registration. No reply from airline after many follow-up for almost ** days. After ** days they replied with case of baggage delay and send my baggage which I received after ** days of travel and offering the compensation of the ***, ***VND (Appx. **** INR). Because of such high delay I have occurred much higher losses than they are offering to me. I communicated them to compensate at least maximum liability limit as per Vietjet airline policy for the case of baggage loss not for delay as it is already more than ** days. I have requested them to have clear definition of the delay and loss of baggage as per Viet jet policy and no reply from them on the same and just notifying they can compensate only ***, ***VND. Please guide me in this case.
