Easemytrip - Company not refunding Flight Refund

Despite uncountable no. of follow-ups from the customer care team of Easemytrip (EMT), I haven’t yet received the remaining amount. My domestic flight was cancelled in May **** due to nationwide lockdown and ***% refund was to be provided by EMT without charging any cancellation charges. Since the beginning of March ****, I have been following up from them on a daily basis and all they say is I will get my refund with next **-**hrs. Earlier they refunded me less amount as the cancellation charges were applied by them. Later they agreed to give me full refund, which till writing of this, I haven’t yet received. Sometimes they say my refund was already processed on *th March and will take *-* working days to come to my wallet. It's **th March today and still there is no update when I will receive my refund. Their supervisors keep lying. They say the refund will be process within next ** working days or shortly and I need not to call. After ** days I called to talk to the supervisor, executives told me that supervisor is not available but I will be contacted within next ** hrs. (another lie) which never happened. Executives keep scheduling the calls but none of the supervisor is calling to discuss the matter.
