I have booked a Roundtrip travel(Booking ID: NN*************) to Bali of the dates **th April **** and **th April **** respectively and the airlines was Flyscoot. The Flights got cancelled due to the Covid-** situation.
a) I was unable to contact Makemytrip for the refund for a very long time.
b) Flycoot airlines has sent an email on *th April **** to avail the refund options. They provided * options - ***% Money refund or ***% Travel Voucher and I have selected ***% money refund
C) Flyscoot Airlines confirmed through email on **th May **** that my refund request is processed and requested to get in touch with Travel agent for refund.
d) I was not able to contact Mymytrip until **th June where I was able to raise a refund request through Makemytrip website and unable to catch holf of them through phone or email.
e) Till not they didn't refund my money and now also claiming that they can only provide a travel voucher which can be used for future travel purposes.
This has created mental agony for the last * months time and they are agreeing to provide me with travel voucher only after these long months of delay and till now they didn't even processed anything
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
