Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Compalint against Eureka forbes

I Ms Salma Shaikh would like to lodge a complain against Eureka Forbes in regards to the water purifier machine which I purchased from them.

I took this Acuaguard on in October -****, It has not been an year the filter of the machine got spoiled since May. I have been chasing from the month of June because of this issue but no one is ready to listen to my problem, I have lodge complaints on their website but no satisfactory response also I have been to their office but the manager also turned me off saying that the issue is with my water supply.

After chasing and requesting them many times, they are telling that there will be more expense of rupees of **** to change the pump and filter. I am really mentally harrassed by their attitude. At the time of purchase they made all big promises and now when I m facing issue with their product they went deaf ears.

Request you to please help me out with this situation either by compensation or full refund of my product. Attaching the copy of my invoice and the screenshots of messages where I chased them.
