ease my trip - Commitments not kept

I would like to bring across all the wrong commitments given by EASE MY TRIP for my trip to EUROPE. I am mentioning it below, point by point:

*. As per the schedule & confirmation sent by you ( Which is attached herewith) the flight to be booked was of LUFTHANSA for going to BERLIN. After I made the initial payment for the flights, Mr. Fahad booked me on to AIR FRANCE. When I asked him why the airline changed, he did not have any concreate answers. Then I asked that the connecting flight time is close to only * hours & this would be a problem in event of delayed in the MUMBAI-PARIS flight. He assured me that it will not be a problem at all since both the tickets were of AIR FRANCE.

RESULT OF THIS MISCOMMUNICATION WAS THAT I MISSED THE PARIS BERLIN FLIGHT & HAD TO WAIT AT PARIS AIRPORT FOR ** HOURS FOR THE NEXT FLIGHT. ALSO I REQUESTED FOR MY PICK UP WHICH I HAD PAID FOR TO BE DONE FROM BERLIN AIRPORT. THIS ALSO WAS NOT DONE SINCE EUROPAMUNDO SAID THAT THEY CANT ORGANISE THIS. FOR NO FAULT OF MINE, I HAD TO SUFFER BECAUSE I TRUSTED EASE MY TRIP FOR MY TOUR. * DAY IN BERLIN WASTED & *** EUROS FOR TAXI GONE FROM MY POCKET.

*. As per the schedule & confirmation sent by you the travel which I am attaching here says

• EMT Services: Travel by bus with maximum ** pax, English speaking guide, basic travel insurance, with maximum ** pax, hotel and breakfast buffet.

THE BUS HAD ** PEOPLE TRAVELLING TOGETHER & THE LAST * DAYS THERE WAS NO ENGLISH SPEAKING GUIDE. THE GUIDE FOR SPANISH PEOPLE TRIED HIS BEST TO EXPALIN IN ENGLISH.

*. *nd attached is of the hotel confirmations given by EUROPAMUNDO. This was also part of the VISA documentation. Also the same was updated on their application before I started the tour.

IN KITZBUHEL THE HOTEL WAS LIFT IN
IN VIENNA THE HOTEL WAS NIU FRANZ
IN BUDAPEST THE HOTEL WAS HAMPTON
ALL THESE HOTELS WERE DOWNGRADED AND WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. ALSO MY GROUP WAS CHANGED & I WAS PUT UP IN A GROUP WHICH HAS SPANISH & PORTUGHESE PEOPRLE & THE ENGLISH SPEAKING GUIDE COULD NOT JOIN DUE TO SOME ISSUES. THE SPANISH GUIDE WAS TRYING HARD TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
WHY WERE THE HOTELS CHANGED WITHOUT MY COFIRMATION.

*. MY PACKAGE INCLUSIONS INCLUDED THE AIRTICKETS AND MY RETURN FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. EASE MY TRIP DID NOT KNOW OF THIS & I HAD TO INFORM HEMANT WHO LATER CONFIRMED THAT THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. I HAD ASKED HEMANT RAINA TO BOOK A NEW TICKET WHERE IN HE SAID THAT THE TICKETS COSTED *.** LACS ON HIS SITE & I COULD BOOK IT ON EASE ME TRIP APPLICATION FOR RS.*.** LACS. ALSO THE REFUND FROM INDIGO IS RECEIVED BY YOU AND THE SAME HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID TO ME. WHEN THE PACKAGE IS INCLUSIVE OF FLIGHTS THEN WHY I AM MADE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
