I tried rescheduling my flight due to a medical emergency through Cleartrip for *:** am on **th Nov the payment went through but I did not get any confirmation. After ** minutes I get an email saying my ticket is not booked/confirmed due to a technical issue and I can call to book an alternate flight for **:**. I called the number and they told me it is not booked and they will reach out to the concerned team to check why the payment went through. Kept on hold for ** mins so I booked from another source where it's available. After ** mins I get an email saying it's confirmed without my authorization for *:** am. I emailed back saying Cancel the flight and told the same to the contact Center. My email says i have a medical emergency and cant be on call or email till Wednesday **th Nov to debate so please CANCEL the ticket and refund the Money.
Now when I come back from Hospital it says NO SHOW at the airline. I have called and spent * hr every other day with the contact center and they keep saying will resolve in ** to ** hrs but no meaningful update yet. A few times they say it's a system issue, Gateway issue and we will refund and sometimes they say we told you it's booked that's all but no reply why this happened after my email clearly say to cancel it
