I booked a flight from Cleartrip( Trip id ************ PNR - TKNS*J Indigo). Now the flight is cancelled by airline due to some technical reasons. Now when i asked for my refund both Indigo and Cleartrip is charging me cancellation charges. This is unacceptable. They cancel flight from thier end and then deduct the cancellation charges as well. Then i am writing them emails and tweets since *-* days with no resolution provided. Kindly take this complain and assist me for getting my refund back from these cheaters.
