Cleartrip - Cleartrip not refunding money for the flight cancelled by the Airlines

Hi,

I have booked a flight from Hyderabad to Kuwait for my uncle with flynas Airlines through cleartrip which was on Oct,** ****. It was not a direct flight, the course of the journey and details of traveller are as given below.

TRAVELLER--> Mr.Yeshwanth Dhaku
PASSPORT No--> S*******
AIRLINE PNR-->LD**MA

JOURNEY DETAILS
HYDERABAD (RGI)--> RIYADH (KK) flynas-XY*** (flight cancelled by Airlines)
RIYADH(KK) --> KUWAIT flynas-XY***

My uncle has reached airport HYD(RGI) to board the flight, but after reaching the airport we were told that the Airlines has Cancelled the flight XY-*** for which we have never received any intimation beforehand from the Airlines or Cleartrip.

There was no alternate arrangement made to reach RIYADH to board the next flight, Because of which my uncle could not join the work in time.

As you could see it is a clear mistake from Airlines and cleartrip that they have not at all initimated the traveller about the cancellation of the flight.

Now when i am expecting a full refund from cleartrip/Airlines since the first flight is cancelled by the Airline, They are saying passenger is in NO SHOW, which is incorrect ( We were there at HYD RGI airport * hours prior to flight)

I tried contacting the Airlines through mail, they replied saying the agency (cleartrip) has to refund the full amount.

Please help us get our money back from cleartrip.
