*********** - I had booked a ticket from Indore to Bangalore. Due to COVID ,we could not travel and the ticket was cancelled. We got the below mail from Clear trip saying that ticket was cancelled and amount will be refunded on Aug**th.
Hi Mohankumar,
Your cancellation is confirmed.
Due to COVID-**, we are experiencing high call volume on our call centre. We have cancelled your trip with the airline and awaiting confirmation of refund amount. Please note it may take up to ** days to process the refund. We regret the delay.
Once the refund is processed, it will be credited to your account in * to * working days, depending on your bank.
The trip is cancelled for the following passengers.
After constant followups they even issued a credit note and said it was paid and asked me to raise a dispute with my credit card.
After raising a dispute , now they have responded saying that I am not eligible as the ticket was cancelled after the travel date.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
