Cleartrip - Cleartrip not refunding

We booked flight tickets one year ago in spicejet flight through Cleartrip.
Due to national lockdown, flight got cancelled. So credit shell was given by spicejet But as booking was done through cleartrip.com. Spicejet airline has refunded money to cleartrip. But Cleartrip has not refunded that money to us. If we are trying to use that credit shell, we are unable to use that. Now Cleartrip customer care is not reachable, as they have shifted to online support only. We have tried contacting through customercare support email id of cleartrip, but we haven't received any update or information regarding that.
