Sirisha filed complaint against Cleartrip on Jun 22, 2020
Airline refunded amount * months back but Cleartrip hold the amount for **+ days and refunded only Rs.*** instead of full amount Rs.**** which was refunded by airline. No details were provided why they deducted the money.
Contacted the customer care through email, Twitter but no update so far. It's more than *** days now and no update from them yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
