I was booking flight tickets from Milan to Bangalore. In the middle of the booking I got a call from cleartrip and they promoted me to book through telebooking. I made full payment but they didn’t confirm the tickets for a whole day. When I escalated the issue they mailed me saying they are refunding the full amount and refund is initiated. Now even after *-* days, I have not received the amount. Reaching out to the customer care is not helping either. Please help me in getting the refund and expose the fraud that is cleartrip
