VIdisha Debsharma filed complaint against Cleartrip on Feb 19, 2021
Cleartrip has not done any refund of the tickets (Trip Id ************). This tickets was booked for April ** **** and that falls under Covid lockdown. Hence the ticket should either be eligible for booking with credit shell or get a complete refund. But not able to either book thru credit shell nor able to contact the customer care. Tried all way,even got message that within * hour i will get call back but that also they did not do. Looks like full fraud they are doing. Need a help to file a complaint against them.
